NUMBING CREAM

Stones Aesthetics has an arrangement with Keperra Compounding pharmacy, please follow the link to order topical anaesthetic.

As anaesthetic is considered a schedule 3 pharmaceutical, clients are required by law to order and pay for their own anaesthetic. Please note that you MUST order through Keperra Compounding Pharmacy within 48 hours of your appointment booking to allow for shipping, the cost is $34.90. Once filling out the online form, a pharmacist will review your order and a payment link will be emailed.

This order will include two anaesthetics, a pre numbing anaesthetics is applied prior to treatment and a secondary numbing gel is provided for comfort during treatment. Once ordered your anaesthetics will be sent to Stones Aesthetics ready for your treatment, this order will be enough to cover the 6 - 8 week perfecting session.

INSTRUCTIONS

- Avoid any activity that will cause you to sweat on the day of treatment.

- Do not take Aspirin, Fish oil, Vitamin E, Ibuprofen 48-72 hours prior unless medically advised (paracetamol is fine).

- Accutance (acne medication) needs to have been stopped 1 year prior.

- Avoid alcohol and caffeine the day before, day of and day after treatment.

- Smoking may cause your pigment to fade prematurely.

- Do not have fake tan or sunburn on your brows/face - no sun 2 weeks prior and 30 days after treatment (touch up appointment also). Please make sure you have not used fake tan or gradual tan on your face in the 2 weeks prior to treatment.

- Please grow your brows as much as you can before your appointment, I will clean up the hairs on the day.

LIP BLUSH

- If you suffer from cold sores, antiviral medication prior to your treatment is advised to prevent an outbreak from occurring. Please speak to your pharmacist.

- Gently exfoliating your lip 2 - 3 days prior to your appointment will help smooth the skin ready for your treatment. (coconut oil and sugar works well).

- In the lead up to your appointment please use a lip balm 2 - 3 x minimum per day to avoid dry lips on the day - dry skin is harder to implant pigment into.

- If you have your top lip waxed, please do so at least 1 week prior to avoid skin sensitivity.

- Please speak to your pharmacist about an antihistamine prior to arriving at your appointment - this helps to minimise swelling and discomfort.
